Easing the way…

Sometimes the world gets a little bit stuck. A challenge just seems to be too difficult to overcome, you can’t see the wood for the trees, relationships within an organisation are unproductive or even worse obstructing success. When the gears start to grind then you have to add some oil, and that’s where an objective facilitator can help.

I have built significant experience facilitating at all levels in areas such as:

  • Cultural development
  • Team-building
  • Innovation and creativity
  • Helping teams build effective working relationships.

I will work with you to fully understand the nature and need of the activity, the background to the need arising and spend time researching and understanding the department or organisational culture. I’ll then design tailored sessions to address these needs, and can provide follow up activity to support longer term development at an individual or team level.
